Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Russell's Bromeliads — Effective Date: 2026
The following terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed with Russell's Bromeliads. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Minimum Order
The minimum order is $100.00, excluding any fees or discounts that may apply.
2. Permits and Licenses
The buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or certifications necessary for the import or export of purchased goods.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Russell's Bromeliads will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery timelines.
5. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee. Special orders are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee.
6. Invoicing
Each shipment will include an invoice with the corresponding Sales Order number.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to shipping the order, with the exception of customers granted Net 30 terms.
8. Accepted Payment Methods
Russell's Bromeliads accepts payment via ACH, any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), and check. Check payments must be payable to “Russell's Bromeliads” and mailed to 15100 Lost Lake Road, Clermont, FL 34711.
9. Returned Checks
A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds (NSF).
10. Net 30 Terms
For customers granted Net 30 terms, payment in full is due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date; invoices are generated when an order is shipped. Any balance not paid when due will be considered past due. Monthly statements will be issued to accounts with past-due balances.
11. Finance Charges
Past-due balances may be assessed a finance charge at a rate not to exceed the maximum allowed under Florida law.
12. Collection Costs
In the event of non-payment, the buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, reasonable attorney's fees, and court costs.
13. Claims for Shortages or Damages
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. All products are warranted to be of acceptable quality at the time of shipment. Russell's Bromeliads is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. All such claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
14. Right to Refuse Orders
Russell's Bromeliads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lake County, Florida.
